Poem

Metamorphosis
Rustam Brahma

You do need to break
The last layer of the cocoon.
You do need to crack
The last bar of the prison
To enjoy here more freedom.
If you sleep in the room
And simply brood over the years
Your soul never sees the ethereal embers.
Ray can never touch you in the bower.
Shower cannot wash the rusted alter,
Carole cannot echo the pulpit.
You do need to tear
The olden banner
You do need to demolish
The radical hectic pillars
To rebuild new stakes
To learn moral and ethics.
Its good time to hatch
And be a wise skylark kin to sky,
To enjoy heavenly joy on the earth.
